Full-stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack developer to join our on‑site team in Addis Ababa. You will design, develop and maintain web applications that are secure, scalable and user‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure accessibility.
• Build, integrate and maintain APIs and server‑side logic.
• Work with relational or NoSQL databases for data persistence.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review and optimise existing code, participate in code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation and CI/CD workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site, multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Front‑end development with CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Back‑end development, API design and integration.
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
• Version control using Git.
