Full-Stack Frappe/ERPNext Developer

About the role

Mevinai, a tech startup in Addis Ababa, is looking for a mid‑level Full‑Stack Developer who lives and breathes Frappe and ERPNext. The position is on‑site, starts as a six‑month independent contract, and may be extended based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize ERPNext applications and modules.
• Develop backend logic using Python and frontend features with JavaScript.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines employing Git, Ansible, and Docker.
• Optimize MariaDB performance and conduct database tuning.
• Review code, improve quality, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable products.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience with Frappe/ERPNext development.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Fast learner who can reason through challenges during paired programming.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Addis Ababa for the contract duration.
