Full‑time Driver (Hybrid) – Addis Ababa

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Driver to join our expanding restaurant operations in Addis Ababa. The position combines on‑site vehicle operation with occasional remote administrative tasks, ensuring that supplies and goods move safely and on schedule between our locations, warehouses and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company trucks on assigned routes, transporting goods between restaurant sites, warehouses and suppliers.
• Load, secure, and unload items while following proper safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete basic administrative work from home when required.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs and comply with local traffic and safety regulations.
• Interact professionally with restaurant staff, suppliers and occasional customers, representing the brand positively.

Required profile

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or equivalent local commercial licence.
• Clean driving record and strong truck‑driving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a commercial or delivery driver is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer‑service orientation.

• Basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspection knowledge.
