Graphic Designer

About the role

JCF, a modern digital marketing and social media agency, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Addis Ababa office. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on creating compelling visual assets for client social media campaigns, internal training materials, and the agency’s own marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure every design aligns with brand strategy and drives audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching graphics, logos, and branded content for client campaigns and the agency’s promotional activities.
• Adapt and resize designs for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website banners, while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate concepts into effective visual solutions.
• Prepare final design files in appropriate formats for web, social media, and print distribution.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure uniform application across all projects.
• Support the visual needs of the agency’s training platform/academy, creating instructional graphics and presentation assets.
• Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and brand‑related design work.
• Relevant experience in social media marketing environments or creative agencies.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Ability to work on‑site in Addis Ababa and contribute to a fast‑paced agency environment.
