About the role

Bright Techno Tonic is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to create captivating digital content and support marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create captivating organic content creatives for social media platforms.
• Design engaging and conversion‑focused creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
• Develop creative variations for different platforms, campaigns, audiences, and formats.
• Prepare visually interactive and engaging course slides for digital learning platforms.
• Translate marketing concepts and campaign ideas into compelling visual content.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communications and brand assets.
• Design branded print materials such as brochures, flyers, roll‑ups, posters, business cards, and other assets when required.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, and advertising creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to create designs that are visually appealing and communicate a clear message.
• Good understanding of social media formats and digital advertising creatives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an interest in current design and content trends.
