Human Resources Manager – Lead HR Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all HR functions, shaping strategies, policies and processes that align with business objectives. This senior role oversees employee relations, payroll, recruitment, performance management, organizational development and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Oversee attendance, leave administration and the full employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Lead recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding for new hires.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Support performance management processes, employee development plans and organisational development initiatives.
• Prepare periodic HR reports, metrics and workforce analysis to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or multi‑site environments.
• Proven experience managing all HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
