Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to support our HR department in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and objectives. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate new employee orientation, ensure completion of documentation, and support onboarding processes.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in performance appraisal systems and support employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs, design programs, and organize training sessions.
• Support payroll administration, manage benefits programs, and respond to related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensure adherence to labor laws, and keep HR documentation secure.
• Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports for management, and conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
• Participate in workforce planning, talent management, and initiatives to improve organizational culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision‑making.
• Understanding of payroll processes and compensation structures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
