Info Systems Security Officer, Digital Systems Officer & IT Auditor II

About the role

Metemamen Microfinance Institute S.C (MMFI) is seeking qualified professionals to strengthen its digital and security capabilities. Three full‑time positions are open in Addis Ababa: Information Systems Security Officer, Digital Systems Development & Integration Officer, and IT Auditor II. Each role contributes to the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the institute’s IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Information Systems Security Officer: develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee incident response.
• Digital Systems Development & Integration Officer: design, develop, and integrate digital solutions, support system upgrades, and ensure seamless interoperability.
• IT Auditor II: perform IT and system audits, evaluate internal controls, and prepare audit reports in line with recognized standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital systems development, integration, or IT auditing.
• For the Security Officer role: 1–2 years experience in a comparable security position.
• For the Digital Systems Officer role: 1–2 years experience in digital systems support, development, payment, or integration.
• For the IT Auditor role: at least 2 years experience in IT/system auditing.
