Interior Designer & Branding Consultant for Addis Ababa Office

About the role

Fairtrade Africa is seeking a professional interior designer and branding expert to develop a comprehensive branding and interior design concept for its Addis Ababa office. The consultant will create a design proposal that reflects the organization’s values and creates a motivating work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a branding and interior design concept for the office located at NB Business Center, Mickey Leland Street.
• Produce a design concept document (max 5 pages) including layout, colour schemes, branding elements, and material recommendations.
• Provide a detailed quotation for the implementation of the proposed design.
• Coordinate a site visit (available 11‑14 August) to assess space and inform the concept development.
• Collaborate with Fairtrade Africa’s contact person to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in interior design and corporate branding.
• Proven ability to deliver design concepts for office environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and interior design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
