Internal Communications Manager

About the role

The Internal Communications Manager will ensure that all employees are well‑informed, engaged and inspired by delivering clear, consistent messaging that aligns with the company’s strategy and culture. This role designs and executes communication programs, events and channels that foster a sense of belonging across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for newsletters, intranet, announcements and town‑hall meetings.
• Design, plan and run quarterly and annual employee events, both virtual and hybrid, including logistics and production.
• Create quarterly roadshow decks and other internal presentations for senior management.
• Oversee and continuously improve internal communication channels such as the corporate website and social platforms.
• Collaborate with all functions to launch initiatives that boost employee engagement, feedback and recognition.
• Support change‑management projects by delivering clear communication about new initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of communication activities, producing monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science or a similar discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
