About the role
Ahadu Bank is looking for motivated fresh graduates to join its IT team as IT Trainees. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in banking technology and IT operations, providing a solid foundation for a career in the financial sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to bank staff and customers.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of software applications used across the bank.
- Learn and follow core banking IT operational procedures under supervision.
- Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Graduated in the 2018 Ethiopian Calendar.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn banking IT processes.
