Junior Brand Management Officer

About the role

The Junior Brand Management Officer will support the implementation of branding and marketing communication activities that align with Amhara Bank's objectives. This role focuses on creating brand awareness, maintaining the bank's image, and contributing to its reputation in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all activities of the branding work unit and maintain important files and records.
• Collaborate with team members, follow internal control and risk management procedures, and provide timely performance reports.
• Ensure proper application of brand visual identity elements according to guidelines.
• Participate in the evaluation of marketing campaigns and follow up on branding activities across channels such as ATMs, service outlets, and promotional giveaways.
• Contribute to the preparation of the division’s annual plan, procedure manuals, and performance reports.
• Support market and needs assessments for promotional materials and help develop creative advertising proposals.
• Assist in organizing exhibition and trade‑fair activities, ensuring the availability of promotional elements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector.
