About the role

The Junior Internal Auditor will support internal audit activities, ensuring effective financial controls and compliance with company policies. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Addis Ababa and offers a learning‑oriented environment working closely with senior auditors.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing transactional audits according to the audit plan.
Review accounting procedures and financial records to identify irregularities.
Prepare and compile audit working files and clear audit reports.
Collaborate with departments to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.

Required profile

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience or coursework in finance, accounting, or related fields.
BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar; 0‑year experience; 2025‑2026 graduates with GPA ≥3.00.

Required skills

Analytical review of financial records.
Understanding of audit procedures and financial controls.
