Local Promoter – Healthcare Market

About the role

We are looking for a driven, results‑oriented Local Promoter to join our team in Ethiopia. The role serves as the key bridge between our brand and the local healthcare market, driving expansion and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and expand partnerships with local medical distributors, wholesalers, and key retail channels.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with decision‑makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions to promote our medical device portfolio.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and regulatory updates, providing regular market intelligence reports.
• Conduct product presentations, support clinical demonstrations, and handle client inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local distribution partners to increase product visibility and sales.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical promotion, or healthcare channel management within Ethiopia.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
