Marketing and Sales Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Zainx Technologies PLC is looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to accelerate growth of its ERP, e‑Invoice, POS and broader Enterprise Digital Solutions portfolio. You will shape sales strategies, generate qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for enterprise solutions.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new enterprise clients for ERP, e‑Invoice, POS and digital transformation offerings.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract signing, including proposal and commercial offer preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, private organisations and strategic partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and product promotions to drive brand awareness.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within enterprise software or technology solutions.
• Proven track record selling ERP, e‑Invoice, POS, SaaS or other enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in tender preparation and business development is a plus.
