Marketing & Digital Services Division Manager

About the role

Ahununu Trading PLC is looking for a dynamic professional to lead its Marketing & Digital Services division. The role combines strategic marketing, brand development, digital communication, and event management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and digital services strategy.
• Plan and launch annual marketing campaigns, promotional activities and digital initiatives.
• Lead social media, online communication and digital advertising efforts.
• Strengthen brand visibility and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Create marketing content, promotional materials and digital campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and marketing ROI.
• Conduct market research and track industry and competitor trends.
• Plan, coordinate and manage corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and product launches.
• Oversee event logistics, venue selection, supplier management and budgeting.
• Coordinate business travel related to external engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies and event organizers.
• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing & Digital Services team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in marketing, digital marketing, brand management and event coordination.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
