Marketing & Innovation Manager – BWPC

About the role

Unilever is seeking a creative, resilient and commercially‑minded Marketing & Innovation Manager for its Beauty, Wellbeing and Personal Care (BWPC) portfolio in Ethiopia. The role will own the end‑to‑end innovation agenda, turning consumer insights into profitable product launches that drive growth across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an innovation strategy and pipeline aligned with business growth ambitions.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities and unmet needs to shape future growth.
• Translate insights into commercially viable innovation concepts and business cases.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Development) from concept through launch and scale‑up.
• Ensure timelines, budgets and performance targets are met while maintaining consumer relevance and local appropriateness.
