Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role will focus on building the Auction Ethiopia brand, leading digital campaigns, and driving customer growth across our fintech and online marketplace platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email and content channels.
• Analyse performance metrics to refine tactics and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with product, sales and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication and creative abilities.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, digital platforms or online marketplaces is a plus.
