Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will be based in Addis Ababa and will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and user growth. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, product and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Manage both digital and offline campaigns, overseeing budgets and timelines.
• Oversee content creation for social media and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify new opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent and recruitment space.

Required profile

• BA degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven skill in content development, copywriting, storytelling and basic creative direction.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, market research, customer engagement and promotional strategies.
• Technical proficiency and effective communication abilities.
