Media Buyer (Meta & GoHighLevel Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer to own end‑to‑end campaign builds for B2B agency clients. You will work directly with digital marketing agencies, setting up and launching Meta paid media campaigns and configuring complete GoHighLevel systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including Business Manager, ad accounts, Pixels, Conversions API and audience structures.
• Create high‑converting, mobile‑first landing pages inside GoHighLevel and connect them to pipelines, automations and reporting.
• Configure GoHighLevel pipelines, custom fields, tags, email/SMS nurture sequences, missed‑call text‑back workflows, speed‑to‑lead systems, calendar integrations and lead source tracking.
• Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure tracking, integrations and conversions function correctly before launch.
• Lead kickoff and implementation calls, gather technical requirements, manage timelines and remove blockers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building Meta ad campaigns and GoHighLevel systems for B2B clients.
• Strong execution mindset, able to lead builds, troubleshoot in real time and communicate clearly with clients.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes and high‑quality delivery.
