Medical Information Officer – Dutch & French Speaker

About the role

ProductLife Group is seeking a Medical Information Officer/Specialist fluent in French and Dutch to join its Medical Information (MI) Department. The role involves handling first‑line information requests, monitoring vigilance cases, and supporting health professionals with accurate medical and pharmaceutical data.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical, pharmaceutical and consumer information requests in the first line, supported by a Medical Information Pharmacist.
• Detect vigilance cases, transfer them to the second line or document them after appropriate training.
• Record cases on paper or computer in French and Dutch.
• Restore managed calls using the dedicated tool.
• Draft written responses to health professionals under pharmacist supervision.
• Perform quality control of telephone call reports according to the decision tree.
• Receive, file and acknowledge documents from client laboratories.
• Maintain IT sub‑units and ensure data accuracy.
• Report files to client laboratories when required.
• Participate in telephone permanence according to scheduled days and hours.
• Contribute to drafting procedures, operating methods and agreements related to the activity.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sciences, Degree, Master or Pharmacist qualification.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Relevant experience in a similar medical information role is preferred.
