Multiple HR, Legal & IT Positions at Digaf Microcredit

About the role

Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech‑based microfinance institution, is expanding its team and is looking for qualified professionals to fill several key positions across its offices in Addis Ababa and Hawassa. The roles include Junior Legal Officer, HR Officer, Senior HR Officer, Senior Information Security Officer and Senior IT Support & Service Desk Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes and talent acquisition (HR Officer).
• Manage performance management systems and ensure compliance with HR policies (HR Officer, Senior HR Officer).
• Foster a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives (Senior HR Officer).
• Lead and oversee all Human Resource and Recruitment functions, including workforce planning and HR analytics (Senior HR Officer).

Required profile

• LLB degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience for Junior Legal Officer.
• Full‑time, office‑based availability for HR Officer and Senior HR Officer.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field and 3–5 years of experience in information security for Senior Information Security Officer.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field and 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk or system administration for Senior IT Support & Service Desk Officer.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws and court procedures (Junior Legal Officer).
• Information security principles, risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• Network, endpoint, application and data security.
• Security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability assessment and security testing tools.
• IT support, service desk operations, technical support and system administration.
