Oracle Cloud HCM Developer – 1‑Year Contract

About the role

The Developer – Oracle Cloud ERP – Human Capital Management position is a senior technical leadership role within the Shared Services department. You will be responsible for owning the end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HCM solution suite, turning enterprise workforce priorities into secure, scalable, and integrated technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM applications covering Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits and Workforce Management.
• Lead the technical architecture and ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives.
• Translate workforce and HR strategy into robust technical specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff within the Shared Services team.
