Part-time Physiotherapist (Orthopedic & Prosthetic)

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join our orthopedic-focused clinic in Addis Ababa. The role involves assessing patients with orthopedic and prosthetic needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands‑on therapeutic interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy programs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and monitor progress.
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe mobility, and assistive device use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ethiopia (preferred).
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or prosthetic‑related physiotherapy (advantageous).
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work compassionately with diverse patients.
