About the role
Emerge Globally is building a Production Hub in Addis Ababa and seeks creative, dependable people to work behind the scenes on a variety of media projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support production activities as interns or assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Operate cameras, capture video, edit footage, and manage lighting and sound equipment.
- Coordinate schedules, resources and communication among crew members.
Required profile
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Willingness to contribute to all stages of production.
