Project Sales Manager

About the role

The Project Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for CCTV and security solutions, focusing on key accounts such as system integrators, large installers and end‑clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a local sales team and ensuring strong customer relationships throughout the pre‑ and post‑sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major CCTV customers, including system integrators, big installers and final clients.
• Lead and coach the local system‑integrator sales team to achieve targets.
• Meet annual sales goals and monitor gross profit margins.
• Support customers during pre‑sales design and post‑sales implementation phases.
• Identify, track and advance sales opportunities from initial contact to closing.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers during the design phase, providing system‑integration expertise.
• Collect customer feedback to influence new product development.
• Increase market share by securing additional projects with existing customers.
• Build high‑level relationships within key customer departments.
• Define and execute account strategies to meet revenue objectives and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security and CCTV market.
• Strong network with system integrators and a proven presence in the end‑user ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive business and meet targets.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent public‑speaking, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Persistent, proactive and able to handle time‑sensitive situations.
