Property Management Manager

About the role

People First Consult is seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to oversee the effective management, maintenance, administration, and utilization of company properties and facilities for a diversified industrial group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee management, maintenance, and administration of owned and leased properties.
• Develop maintenance plans, budgets, and procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and maintenance services to preserve asset value.
• Manage lease agreements, occupancy, records, and relationships with tenants and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Supervise property management staff and external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in property administration, facilities management, maintenance coordination, or asset management.
• Experience with industrial or commercial properties is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
