About the role
The Risk and Compliance Officer will join Meftihe Microfinance’s head office team to support the institution’s mission of financial inclusion while ensuring robust risk management and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, assessing and monitoring operational and credit risks.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Help prepare reports for senior management and regulators.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of risk awareness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance.
