About the role
Assist, a global BPO company, is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings and grow the outbound sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Cold calling experience.
- Previous SDR, sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Prior experience working in a BPO environment or with international clients.
- Organized, proactive, and self‑motivated.
