Sales Officer – Customer Service & Business Development

About the role

OLY Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented female candidate for the Sales Officer position. The role combines accurate sales data entry in the company’s ERP system with customer‑service responsibilities, supporting the sales team and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service assistance, handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and technology sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions using OLY’s products and services.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Accurately input and maintain sales records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate between sales, finance, and management teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, sales administration, office coordination or data entry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multitasking ability.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset and willingness to advance within the company.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems (training provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google productivity tools.
