Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will support Yegna Microfinance Institution in expanding its client base and promoting its financial products. This entry‑level position offers a chance to develop a career in sales within the micro‑finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Promote micro‑finance products and services, explaining features and benefits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Diploma/Level‑III/II in Marketing & Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
