Scout Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Scout Manager to build and lead a network of scouts responsible for driver recruitment and onboarding for our next‑generation mobility operation in Ethiopia. The role focuses on scaling our driver base while ensuring a high‑quality onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a scouting network to attract qualified drivers.
• Set recruitment targets and monitor scout performance against goals.
• Train and mentor scouts on recruitment best practices and onboarding procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to streamline the driver onboarding workflow.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in operations, mobility, or tech platforms is a plus.
