About the role

HibLink Tech is seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization Specialist to lead technical SEO initiatives and serve as the strategic liaison between our team and clients. The role focuses on building robust SEO strategies, conducting comprehensive audits, and delivering data‑driven results that demonstrate clear ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical SEO strategies that improve organic visibility.
• Perform in‑depth site audits, identify issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze SERP data using AI‑enhanced tools to accelerate research and reporting.
• Prepare and present performance reports that translate SEO metrics into business value for clients.
• Collaborate with content teams to scale content production while maintaining brand voice.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring expectations are met and communication is clear.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable leading client calls.
• Ability to independently evaluate AI‑generated recommendations for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Proven track record of using data to drive strategic decisions and improve conversion rates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience using analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for SEO research, data analysis, and content optimization.
