About the role

The Senior Branch Follow-Up Officer will support Yegna Microfinance Institution by overseeing branch performance, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving operational excellence across our network.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the performance of microfinance branches.
Conduct regular follow‑up visits to assess compliance with internal procedures.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with branch managers to implement improvement plans.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
Minimum of 3 years total professional experience.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
