Senior Electrician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrician to join our team in Addis Ababa. This full‑time, on‑site position involves maintaining and repairing electrical installations and ensuring reliable operation of all electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical equipment and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in wiring, control panels, and other electrical components.
• Interpret and follow electrical drawings and schematics to carry out installations and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Document maintenance activities and report any recurring issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an electrician at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with Ethiopian electrical codes and regulations.
• Certification or formal training in electrical work.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
