Senior Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead international market expansion for our portfolio of energy metering products and new energy storage solutions. The role is critical for driving revenue, building long‑term customer relationships, and strengthening our global market position.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual sales targets for the assigned overseas territory.
• Identify, generate and pursue new business opportunities within the energy sector.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, distributors and end‑users.
• Conduct customer needs analysis, craft tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signing.
• Participate in international trade shows, gather market intelligence and provide analysis reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical, project, logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order execution and on‑time delivery.
• Oversee post‑sales support to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven international sales experience in energy, metering or power‑solution industries.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Experience with African markets is highly desirable.
