Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer leads the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for the organization. Working closely with department heads and HR teams, you will design talent strategies, attract top candidates, and ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Partner with managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and set hiring plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and provide candidate recommendations.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and quality of hire.
• Design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure new hires complete documentation and have IT access, equipment, and workspace before start date.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and other departments for seamless employee integration.
• Identify and implement process improvements for recruitment efficiency and onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or onboarding.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, confidentiality standards, and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar workflow tools.
