About the role
We are looking for a Lead Business Process Consultant (BPC) with deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB to drive a redesign of the customer CMDB and its data integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct workshop sessions and demo the solution for the client.
- Create user stories and provide advisory support throughout the project.
- Redesign the customer CMDB and implement data integrations from the existing 24/7 ServiceNow instance.
- Support other workstreams and facilitate design conversations with the customer.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Business Process Consultant.
- Ability to lead workshops, create stories, and offer advisory guidance.
