About the role
We are looking for a Lead Technical Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management. The role involves supporting workshop sessions, demonstrating solutions, refining user stories and providing advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support workshop sessions and conduct story grooming.
- Demonstrate ServiceNow solutions to stakeholders.
- Refine user stories and provide advisory guidance.
- Configure and implement ITOM modules during the implementation phase.
- Allocate 24–32 hours per week during workshop periods.
Required profile
- Lead Technical Consultant with proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Strong ability to guide workshops and advise on solution design.
