Spare Part Store Clerk

About the role

The Spare Part Store Clerk is responsible for managing the spare parts store safely and efficiently, supporting the planning and maintenance teams. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, reducing waste, and ensuring sustainability standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the spare parts store according to supply and inventory processes, including receiving, issuing, 5S, and cycle counting.
• Maintain and update material catalogue, MRP settings, spare segmentation data, and ensure shelf‑life control of parts.
• Identify and report obsolete stock, coordinate handovers between planning and maintenance execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S implementation.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education (practitioner level or equivalent).
• Proven experience in storekeeping activities, preferably in an industrial or logistics environment.
• Ability to work safely, follow environmental and sustainability guidelines, and support quality and safety standards.
