About the role

The Surveyor I position is an entry‑level role based in Addis Ababa, reporting to the Human Resource Management Department of Nib Insurance Company. The successful candidate will join the surveying team on the 11th floor of Dembel City Center, accessible via lift numbers 2 or 3. Employment is offered on a permanent basis after the successful completion of a probationary period. Interested candidates must submit their CV, copies of non‑returnable credentials, and an application letter in person within seven working days. The posting does not specify a required number of hires.

Key responsibilities

    Required profile

    • B.Sc. degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Junior Surveyor or in a comparable position.
    • Job Grade VI as defined by the company.
