System Support & Training Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and disciplined System Support & Training Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on delivering reliable system support, conducting user training, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day system support to users and customers.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training workshops for new and existing users.
• Identify, document, and follow up on system‑related issues.
• Assist users with routine system operations and troubleshoot basic problems.
• Prepare regular support and training reports.
• Maintain customer information and system records securely.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver professional and timely customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Basic computer and digital literacy.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial management concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate reporting.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and business systems.
• Previous experience in system support, training, accounting, finance or customer service is an advantage.
