Technical Sales Manager – Addis Ababa

About the role

The Technical Sales Manager will be based in Addis Ababa and will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering technology‑focused solutions to clients. Working closely with both sales and engineering teams, you will ensure that customer needs are understood and met with tailored offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the technology sector.
• Manage existing client accounts, nurturing relationships and expanding business.
• Prepare and present sales strategies and proposals that align with technical requirements.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales and account management.
• Background in technical support and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; industry experience is a plus.
