Technical Specification & Analysis Division Manager

About the role

The Technical Specification & Analysis Division Manager will lead the division responsible for developing technical specifications, conducting product analyses, and ensuring manufacturing processes meet quality and efficiency standards. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with engineering, production, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define, review and approve technical specifications for new and existing products.
• Lead analytical studies to improve manufacturing processes and product performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align technical requirements with business objectives.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer or managerial role.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Afaan Oromo.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a technical division and drive continuous improvement.
