Technology & Digital Lead

About the role

The Ashara-Ye Youth Development organization is seeking a Technology & Digital Lead to oversee its digital platforms, drive technology initiatives, and support digital innovation in its youth‑focused programs. The role reports to senior management and works closely with program teams to align technology solutions with the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s digital tools and online platforms, ensuring they remain functional and up‑to‑date.
• Oversee Telegram channels, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and active community engagement.
• Provide technical support to staff and volunteers for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.
• Identify and implement digital innovations that enhance program delivery, outreach, and overall impact.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with digital tools, platforms, and online communication channels, preferably in a nonprofit or community setting.
• Hands‑on experience managing Telegram or similar messaging services for group communication and information sharing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely support to end‑users across various devices.
• Motivation to contribute to youth development and community impact through technology.
