TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer campaigns and social media initiatives. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with fast‑growing brands, monitor trends, and engage with creators from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach potential influencers for collaborations.
• Maintain communication logs and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
