About the role

Safaricom Ethiopia is looking for a Trade Marketing Supervisor to lead retail and trade experience operations in Debre Markos. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving customer satisfaction, and executing trade marketing strategies across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

Plan and implement trade marketing activities that support commercial objectives.
Ensure consistent brand presence and product placement in retail outlets.
Monitor and improve customer experience at the point of sale.
Collaborate with sales teams to align field execution with strategic goals.
Analyse market feedback and adjust tactics to boost sales growth.

Required profile

Proven experience in trade or retail marketing, preferably within the telecom sector.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
