Traffic Manager – Digital Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a Traffic Manager to serve as the operational hub of our digital department, ensuring that campaigns move smoothly from brief to delivery. The role combines workflow oversight, resource allocation, and cross‑team communication to keep our fast‑paced agency on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily schedule and routing of all digital projects from start to finish.
• Assign tasks to team members based on capacity, priority, and skill set.
• Partner with client services to align on project scopes, manage timeline expectations, and facilitate feedback loops.
• Track project milestones, anticipate bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to meet strict deadlines.
• Act as the central communication hub between digital, creative, and client services to ensure clear briefs and accurate deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic or project management within a marketing, advertising or digital agency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure, highly adaptable, and skilled at quickly resolving roadblocks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
