About the role
Pixel-Mind builds software products and digital solutions for businesses and individuals, with a focus on good engineering and clean design. It is looking for a UI/UX Designer who will design web and mobile interfaces using Figma, create prototypes and work closely with developers to turn ideas into usable products. The position is open to remote candidates and to on-site candidates in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.

Required profile
- Experience designing web or mobile applications
- A portfolio showcasing your work, including design or Figma projects
- Ability to collaborate with developers and communicate design decisions
Required skills
- Strong Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components and prototyping
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, colors and spacing
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Understanding of responsive design and design systems
