Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Videographer & Video Editor to manage the full production cycle of both short‑form social media clips and longer corporate videos. The role will be based in Addis Ababa and will work closely with the marketing team to create content that captures audience attention and drives client results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site film shoots, set up lighting, frame shots and capture high‑quality audio.
• Transform raw footage into fast‑paced videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to storyboard concepts and scripts.
• Perform color grading, sound design and add motion‑graphics elements such as subtitles, transitions and overlays.
• Export final videos in the correct formats and aspect ratios for each social channel.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both filming and editing capabilities.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve).
• Solid knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting kits and gimbal operation.
• Up‑to‑date with current TikTok and Reels trends, sounds and editing styles.
• Fluent in Amharic and English.
